WATER FRONT UNITS THESE UNITS WERE DESIGNED ON A VERY NARROW BLOCK, LARGE GLASSED AREAS OPENING ONTO EXPANSIVE DECKED AREAS MAXIMISE THE UNLIMITED VIEWS ACCROSS THE WATER. EACH UNIT HAS BEEN INDVIDUALLY INTERIOR DESIGNED TO SUIT EACH OCCUPANT.	ARCHI CAD WE USE THE LATEST IN PROGRAM AT BUILDING DESIGN ENABLING US TO SHOW YOU THE CLIENT, YOUR NEW BUILDING IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. WE CAN DO 3D IMAGES, WALK YOU THROUGH YOUR BUILDINGS, EVEN MAKE A MOVIE AS IF YOU WERE WALKING AROUND IT YOURSELF. WE CAN CAST SHADOWS AND EVEN SEE HOW IT LOOKS FROM THE INSIDE. TREE TOPS THIS WAS A HOME DESIGNED FOR A VERY STEP BLOCK, ON THE CENTRAL COAST OVER LOOKING ONE OF THE MAIN BEACHES. IT WAS BUILT ON STEEL POLES GIVING THE APPEARANCE OF A TREE TOP HOUSE, AS THE TREES SAT UP AGAINST THE HOME.	2 IN 1 THIS SET OF DUPLEXES SIT PURCHED ON TOP OF A MOUNTAIN LOOKING OUT TO THE GREAT LAKE. WHEN ADDRESSING DUPLEX DESIGN SUCH ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED SUCH AS PRIVACY, ACCESS, PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SPAVE,VIEWS AND SHADOWING. THIS PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY ADDRESSED ALL THESE ISSUES WITH DESIGN INFLUENCE.	CONTEMPORY ART The client wanted a home that would stand out, but also fit within the greenery o fthe site. Our team were able to retain the large tree out the front, as to which we made a feature of.The sharp edges and lines givesa modern feel to home, giing the client the best of both worlds.
HILLSIDE DUPLEXES THIS DUPLEX DEVELOPMENT WAS A CHALLENGE NOT ONLY DID WE HAVE TO ADHERE TO COUNCIL REGULATIONS, BUT WE ALSO HAD A VERY HILLY AND TRICKY SITE. WE NEEDED TO STEP THE BUILDINGS SO WE COULD MAXIMISE THE PANORAMIC VIEWS AND PROMOTE OUTDOOR LIVING.	SEASIDE DUPLEXES THis duplex project demonstrates how duplex living can fit in with and sometimes improve suburbian living and streetscape apeal.	Town Houses This development comprises 10 stylish townhouses. This development was based on giving the owners a sense of community as the design was based around a central public garden area.
FROM A DWELLING TO A HOME This home was developed after considering the needs and wants of the occupants, with basic design intergration our team has turned this dwelling into a home for the occupants to enjoy.	OUTDOOR LIVING This contempory home boast large outdoor areas, this was designed based on the local climate of the area and the lifestyle of clients. Resulting in the great entertainer.	RESORT STYLE LIVING A Balinese resort style home, comprising of a main dweling and 3 guest accomodation cabins. All authentically designed with material selection, privacy, ecological sustainability in mind.
